Details of work [Occupation/details]

(1) SharePoint work
– SharePoint development and user coordination

(2) Server operation/building
– Provision and operation of infrastructure for small-scale projects

(3) EWS virtual environment operation/building
– PC client and remote EWS (virtual environment)/PC-EWS environment operation management, policy promotion and user coordination

(4) Design (vehicle body, interior, electronics, and other part design using 3D CAD, negotiation/coordination with related departments)
– Design of onboard electronics parts such as audio devices and switches
– Design related to equipping hybrid systems
– Design related to headlights and other lighting parts
– Design related to interior parts
– Design related to chassis parts

(5) Research testing (data collection/analysis by function/parts testing in vehicle development and evaluation testing)
– ECU (engine system) development
– Overall tasks from HILS environment building to verification/analysis
– Development related to automatic driving
– Actual vehicle adaptation such as for OBD (engine system) and HEV drive system
– Work related to manual transmission development
– Vehicle driving performance and control testing
– Driving endurance tests
– Collision safety performance development

(6) CAE analysis (automobile function specification building by simulation using computer/3D CAD)
– General CAE analysis of impact safety performance
– General CAE analysis of strength, rigidity, vibration, etc.

(7) Styling data creation (automobile body and parts styling data creation using 3D CAD)
– Creation of 3D digital data for new styling designs based on sketches and clay models of styling designers
– Creation of appearance design parts such as bumpers, grills, wheels
– Creation of functional design parts such as steering wheels, seats, doors, and cabin surroundings

(8) Equipment management
– Management and maintenance related to building construction and facilities

(9) Clerical
Planning/introducing system, account settlement, business management, etc. at administration division or accounting division (leader)

Hiring qualifications

(1) Candidates who have any of the following skills or experience in SharePoint work
– Ability to smoothly communicate in coordination with related departments
– Experience in NotesDB to SharePoint migration projects
– 2 years or more experience in SharePoint operation
– 2 years or more experience in customization by SharePoint Designer
– 2 years or more experience in NotesDB operation
– 2 years or more experience in infrastructure operation (* NetWork experience, Windows Server experience, VDI, VMWare, SCCM)
– Infrastructure project management experience

(2) Candidates with 3 years or more experience in server operation/maintenance who have any of the following skills or experience
– Ability to build Windows servers and set services
– Knowledge of authentication systems (AD, LDAP)
– Experience in file server tasks from designing to building

(3) Candidates with any of the following skills or experience
– VMware or Citrix virtual environment management and operation experience
– Windows 7 and Windows 10 basic operations
– 5 years or more experience in infrastructure operation
– 2 years or more experience as a project leader
– Ability to smoothly communicate in coordination with related departments

(4) Candidates with 5 years or more experience in design using 3D CAD (CATIA V5) with any of the following skills or experience
– Understanding of automobile structure and ability to design and build logically based on rules and principles
– Overall optimized thinking and ability to coordinate with external parties in a proposal-based manner
– Experience in automobile development or experience in development at a manufacturer of automobile-related parts

(5) Candidates with 5 years or more practical experience in research testing with any of the following skills or experience
– Knowledge of C language or control logic such as algorithms
– Experience using tools such as MATLAB, Simlink, and TargetLink
– Development experience in control system embedded software and control design
– Basic knowledge of engines and engine & drive train integrated control
– Basic knowledge related to catalysts (mechanical, combustion, control, electric/electronic, chemical engineering, material mechanics)
– Knowledge and experience in combustion control and post-processing technologies (catalysts)
– Experience in manual transmission stand-alone and on-vehicle testing

(6) Candidates with 5 years or more practical experience in analysis with any of the following skills or experience
– Knowledge and experience in CAE analysis (knowledge of material mechanics, structural mechanics, finite element method, vibration analysis, collision analysis, etc.)
– Detailed knowledge of automobile performance and understanding of the roles of individual parts
– Experience as leader or central role in development projects using CAE, not limited to automobiles

(7) Candidates with 2 years or more experience in styling data creation and with any of the following experience
– Experience in CATIA, Alias, and Rhinoceros operation
– Experience in Class A styling data creation

(8) Candidates employed in or with 3 years or more past experience in facilities management

(9) Candidates with 5 years or more practical experience in administration division or accounting division
